Meet Tina Lameman
Born and raised in the Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Tina Lameman takes great pride in her role at the Beaver Lake Cree Nation offices, where she enjoys being close to home.
Throughout her life, Tina has traveled extensively, having lived in the United States twice—once in Las Vegas, Nevada, and once in Tigerton, Wisconsin. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for home, making each return even more meaningful.
With a career spanning several Receptionist and Administrative Assistant positions, Tina has worked with various organizations, including Tribal Chiefs Ventures Inc. and Tribal Chiefs Employment and Training. Each role has broadened her understanding of the Tribal Chiefs Organizations and their vital work in supporting the six bands they serve. She has developed a deep respect for their mission and contributions.
Beyond her professional expertise, Tina is passionate about history and biographies, always eager to learn about the past and the lives of notable figures. A dedicated rock music enthusiast, she is a die-hard fan of David Bowie, The Beatles, and everything in between—though country music isn’t on her playlist! LOL!
In addition to her administrative career, Tina is an accomplished film and television actor, earning recognition for her talent with three prestigious acting awards:
Best Actress in a Lead Role – Alberta Motion Pictures Industry Association (AMPIA)
Best Lead Actress – Red Nation Film Festival
Best Supporting Actress – American Indian Film Festival
Whether in the office or on screen, Tina brings warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile to those she meets. Next time you visit the Beaver Lake Cree Nation Sub-Office, she will be there to greet you with kindness and a helpful spirit!
